Visa Application

So the last two days I’ve been getting my application ready for my UK Spouse Visa. It’s slow going as I try to figure out what all supporting documents I should include and get them ready and printed. It’s quite a stressful time for me because I can’t help but think “what if?” What if I don’t get it? What if I have to spend six months out of the year next year away from my husband? I really pray that will not be the case. If it is I would probably stay in Istanbul for three months and go to Glasgow for the middle six months and then maybe go home for a three month visit to America.

I think I finally have it mostly in order, just need to get to an internet cafĂ© to get everything printed and copied adequately. I have my meeting where I must turn in my supporting documents, pay, and get my biometrics taken set for next Wednesday afternoon. After I go there, they will give all of the information to the consulate in Istanbul, and they will make the decision (hopefully within time for us to buy plane tickets that aren’t ridiculous).

Just wanted to update what I’m up to (and what I’m pulling my hair out over!).
I’m also working on knitting a cardigan.
Hopefully I can get it done in the next month or two so that I don't get too bored and leave it for dead.
